We are running a series of walks in the Peak District where you can discover more about the industrial heritage of the area. Everyone is welcome to join just one or all of the walks whether they live in the area or are just visiting. Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome. These walks cost just £3 per person, there is no need to book just be at the meeting point at the correct time. Walks from the NSC (National Stone Centre) meet outside the metal building on the down-hill side of the High Peak trail.
Lathkill Dale walk meet at the Over Haddon public car park
Sheldon & Magpie walk meet outside the Cock & Pullet pub in Sheldon.
Ashover in the Water meet under the ‘bandstand-style’ shelter near the Sheepwash Bridge (Use Google maps and it will make sense!
