We have plenty of things to interest all our visitors from the youngest who enjoy the mouse trail through to those with specific passions for geology or technology. In the school holidays the museum is busier and noisier with families, during the non-holiday weeks we are quieter. However we do have some school and adult group visits booked in over the coming weeks - this can mean that there are no public mine tours and the museum might be unexpectedly busy. Please ring in advance to check whether we have groups booked in and for availability of mine tours 01629 583834 or check our Facebook page where we will update week by week the days when we have groups in the museum.
