If you visit the Museum during September you will receive a parking voucher with your ticket. This voucher allows you to park for free at the National Stone Centre over the following seven days.

The National Stone Centre is a 40-acre site which has six quarries, four lime kilns and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest for geology. Access to the site is free, there are toilets, a cafe and a small shop.

It is less than three miles from the Museum. Just ask our staff for a leaflet and directions.
